Most people think the spring market happens when they experience Spring weather in May and June... However, the action actually takes place in March and April!

Statistically, the most common possession date over the whole year is June 30th. With the average possession period (after accepting an offer) being 60 days, that means being on the market when the action happens between April 15 and May 15 is what good strategy looks like! The bulk of competing sellers will be entering the market in May and June, so getting to the market will also decrease the amount of competition among other houses for sale. 

The period between March 15th and May 15th is essentially the NHL Playoffs of Real Estate, and the HACK&Co Team is ramping up appointments in order to get families to the market earlier for the market-timing advantage.
