The HACK&Co Team has been monitoring the daily list rate and it seems many sellers are unable to list their properties as they planned due to having everyone at home.

However, that doesn’t mean you can’t get ready. Once the province lifts the State of Emergency, there will likely be a rush on certain types of homes as people still try to make their move plans work.

Using data from the spring of previous years, we often prepare clients for house shopping by letting them know what to expect this spring. That way, when the house comes up that’s a perfect fit, we don’t miss it because we are notified of those important new listings once we get all set up on the pro tools.

We’ve been doing remote buyer consultations for years fo clients moving here from across North America, so we’re already ahead of the game when it comes to operating at a safe-distance.

• We may be able to schedule a Virtual Showing with a HACK&Co Teammate! Using a video call, we can tour you through a listing as we talk to you about it from the perspective of our experience with many homes.

Even when many properties on the market cannot accommodate showings as REALTORS® respect safe distance, there are some properties that are unoccupied. There isn’t a public list of vacant properties for security purposes, but this is something your HACK&Co Teammate has access to.
